Here's a few teaser pics of the 2nd Ironhide prototype I did. It was made using a Toyota Sports Van kit in an attempt to get a closer to original alt mode.

Again very nice, though IMO the front end/chest needs to be much less in bot mode.

As I said on Seibertron, THAT is the kind of Ironhide I wanna see. But the arms are a bit too weedy for me...

I'm not selling off everything. Since these are prototypes, and I plan on doing a very specific version that I'll keep, I don't really have a need to keep them once I am done with construction. I also don't really have any space as it is for storage/display.

Yeah, the chest needs to be less prominenet, best accomplished by making the rest of the body proportionally larger.

 

And, what gives? No weapons-platform? :P
