The CybertronCon China convention is going on right now and thanks to HK-TF, we have learned that Toys R Us Hong Kong and Hasbro Hong Kong will be offering a one-off Gold Transformers Hunt For the Decepticons Battle Blade Bumblebee at the Hong Kong Animation-Comic-Game Convention! An image of a poster announcing this one-off figure states that the person who spends the most at the Hasbro Booth (managed by TRU Hong Kong) will receive this one and only in the world figure. after giving it much though today i have decided that i must sell my masterpiece convoy ,asterpiece megatron and the perfect grade masterpiece megatron rifle extension set which itself completes the masterpiece megatron set

masterpiece megatron comes with the original box and clear inner packaging as well as all the extra parts that are the energon chained mace monrning star weapon , his smaller purple gun , the litle kreemzeek figure and his energon light saber

megatron also comes with his instructions as well
a very minor note

the clicking trigger for the figures gun mode no longer makes the clicking sound when the tirgger piece is moved back and forth

also a very tiny bit of simple repair work has been done to fix the red folding panel on the inside of megatrons right lower leg

the figure can still be properly transformed from gun t robot mode and back to gun again and the simple repair job i made to the red panel does not in any way damage the red panel part or the figure itself.






the perfect grade megatron rifle extension set comes with all of its parts as well as the rubber bullets which it can still shoot from the 3 part shoulder harnes rifle extension parts that slides into place on the back of the gun itself. it also comes with the clear inner packaging the parts were originally set into

but i no longer have the outer box itself



masterpiece convoy is the first year release of the figure and as such when i bought it through bigbadtoystore the figure does not have roller or the combat deck trailer it was released with later on over the years

masterpiece convoy comes with all of his parts including the matrix of leadership and the light up feature in the figures chest still works properly

convoy still has his energon axe his laser cannon gun and the very small gun megatron figure that came with the set

he does not come with the orignal box as i have lost it over time when i moved out to the country with my brother.

a very minor note

there is a very tiny piece spot on masterpiece convoys chest where the paint has flaked off over time but it is barely even noticeble.

also the very small gun megatron which came with the set

the tiny plastic tabs which attach the shoulder stock harness par to the back of the gun have become quite brittle and cracked over time but masterpiece convoy can stil lhold the gun properly in his left or right arm while in robot mode



i want to sell masterpiece convoy, masterpiece megatron and the perfect grade masterpiece megatron rifle extension add on set for the total price of $250.00 with the cost of shipping included














as for why i must sell them

my friend timothy is in a rather terrible situation financially speaking

i have known him as a honest friend and asa fellow christian for the past couple years now and with his having been layed off from his job as a general laborer back in december of last year and his having also been let go by his former employers back in june his unemployment beneftis have completely expired

he has still not managed to find himself another job and as of right now he is all of two weeks away from being evicted from his apartment and kicked out onto the street



he has absolutely no family to take him in or to help him through this situation and right now i am the only friend he's got as he is also my only friend

consider this a act of christain charity for a friend on my part

as for myself though it pains me to part with these 2 beuatifully designed figures and add on set i will do what i must to hlp out my friend as a i would also do this very same thing for any friend or family relative

SO i was in FALLAS PAREDES yesterday getting some floor mats (they are pretty good there) when I came across JOLT!!! I whent to the toy section and found a shelf full of transformers revenge of the fallen for only 7.99!!!! I picked up Jolt, Arcee, and chromia but there were many more: Ravage, Rampage, wheelie etc.. so I was wondering: AM I the ONLY one who has spotted this??? I live in Dallas TX, so I was wondering if YOU have seen this, if not its a good place to pick up a missing ROTF figure for 8 bucks!!!! leave a comment regarding sightings on ROTF at a LOWER price than the normal 11.99!!!! (also they were only deluxes and legends , NO voyager, leader or scouts)

Review:

Anyway back to the lady herself. The stylized design fits her well. How the engineers of Takara fit her lithe body into the cybertronian car mode and still come out looking feminine is a feat itself (I'm looking at you Override)

Btw, the highlighted details are my customs to make her look more like her animation art work, including lip gloss

Kibbles? Well she has those twin ailerons which gives her a futuristic look but IMHO ruins her visage.

You can also stick/store her energon blades into her rear...............fender(?) ( that becomes her shoulder armor in robot mode)

Articulation? I count 10. Though the amount of poses are kind of limited (especially her front wind shield which prevents her from actually sitting properly)

Differences with Hasbro's?

Matte finish, silver autobot sigils (a second run of the Hasbro version is said to have a slightly different finish) and some additional/changes in paint apps on her feet and torso.

Complaints?

Heard that constant holding of her energon blades tends to break her thumbs. So, unless you've got two versions of her, avoid doing so like a plague.

Her neck is also too......thin, if not handled carefully, it's a stress point which may lead to breakage.

Price: Good and bad or is it due to Hasbro's idiotic system of distribution? A lot of scalpers have made a killing off her. She was quite hard to find as a TRU exclusive. but lately, there were reports that TRU sold her on-line as a buy 1 take 1 50% off promo so go figure.

The Takara version too is quite hard to find, (not sure if the Japan version too is a limited release or just that demand for her is also as high)

Rating:

4.8/5.0 owing to the fact that we finally have the closest official thing to the original. So nostalgia on my part plays a huge factor on my rating.

Transformers 3 production moved to the MPEA Busway yesterday, which included simulated explosions and car chases. Flickr member jeeefer has taken multiple images of the fake destruction and Optimus Prime along with his trailer. Thanks to an anonymous source, we have three new images of the recently revealed Transformers 3 Autobot, Rollbar! The images are promotional images for the vehicle and the male in the images is the same individual shown demonstrating the Gatling gun mounted on the back of Rollbar's vehicle mode. It looks like everyday gives us something new for Transformers 3. As principal photography for the film continues in Chicago, we have learned that Megatron, who escaped death in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, will return to be a pain in the Autobots' side once more.
